Tell us your device model, operating-system version, app version and a short description of the issue. Include screenshots only when useful and remove personal information. Never send passwords, authentication tokens or full payment details.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel your monthly or annual subscription in the store where you purchased it. Restore Purchases uses the store account that made the purchase. Cancelling renewal and deleting an Aqua AI account are separate actions.
Development status
The app is in development for iOS and Android. Features, account linking, native billing and online services may not be available in every development build. The website does not sell subscriptions or accept photos for scanning.
Aquarium care
AI identification and water-test interpretation can be wrong. Confirm readings using your test-kit instructions and seek qualified aquatic veterinary advice for illness or urgent concerns. Aqua AI support is not a veterinary emergency service.
